Oral cancers are among the most common types of cancer. Squamous cell carcinoma accounts for approximately %90 oral cancers. The prognosis in squamous carcinomas differs depending on treatment and size lesion. Treatment options include marginal resection, radiotherapy chemotherapy. Although is an effective option head neck cancers, it known to cause some complications. include. In this case report, complication mandibular fracture seen after presented.A 77-year-old female patient who was treated at medical oncology clinic with diagnosis referred our pathological extraoral fistula caused by radiotherapy. As a result intraoral examination, observed that ramus exposed due right mandible corpus region. After antimicrobial washing mouth, sequestrotomy performed. Palliative performed, then followed up telemedicine methods.A detailed evaluation should be made before surgery patients history from Precautions taken against possible risk osteoradionecrosis.
